By submitting your photos, your acknowledge that it is owned by you. Hence, in the absence of your personal watermark, you allow the pictures submitted to be watermarked with copyright to your name on the lower left side. In addition, you allow JumpShotsPH.com to mark your photo with “Share Your Jumpshots @ JumpShotsPH.com” on the lower right side as a publisher.
By submitting your photos, you also give the publisher authority to edit the photos, but is limited to cropping, exposure, and contrast adjustments for the improvement of the photo. If in any way, you don’t want your photo to be adjusted, please mention them in the message box.
The publisher reserves all the right not to publish any submitted photos or to publish them at any future date other than the date of submission.
